Wallonix Consult was established in 1999. Our aim was to offer tailor made courses for airline personnel and travel agency staff. Our trainer achieved a Amadeus Train the Trainer certificate in April 1997. Amadeus is a global distribution system used by both airlines and travel agencies worldwide.

We offer not only courses within Amadeus booking system, but also general introduction courses within travel & tourism.

OTHER COURSES

LEARN HOW TO COOK AS THEY DO IN PROVENCE                In the medieval countrytown La Cadiere d'Azur between Toulon and Marseilles you will experience and learn the art of cooking in Provence during 4 intense days. The course is hosted in English by Chef René Bérard at Hostellerie Bérard, a convict from the 13th century, with 3 stars, 40 delightful decored rooms, pool, garden and a spectacular view.

Price: from SEK 14.570 per person.

Course dates 2011: May 1, 15, June 5, 19, July 3, September 11, 25 and October 9, 23.

Included in the price: accommodation 5 nights in a double room with breakfast, welcome dinner at arrival Sunday evening, 4 days course, 4 lunches with drink, all recepies with translation into English, 4 visits to olive-growing, cheese-making, wineyard and bee-keeping. The trip to Provence is not inlcuded. Nearest airport is Marseilles.
